We're Hiring: Looking for a Part-Time or Full Time Account Manager
In this role, you will:

Develop a deep knowledge of how marketing and sales strategies work

Partner with an account strategist , graphics team and programmers to create effective and attractive digital experiences that drive growth

Contribute to and implement social media, sales and SEO strategies to effectively grow client visibility and profitability
-
Show composure, resilience, and flexibility in our fast-paced ever changing environment, and also as an internal advocate for evolving customer needs.

Serve as a role model and trusted advisor on the team showcasing ownership of even the most complex and sensitive issues
We are looking for people who:

Possess technical aptitude or familiarity with web and software concepts
- Are interested in learning how social media marketing, SEO, website design, and digital advertising work to get leads and revenue

Are interested in building technical skills and learning about HTML, CSS, APIs, marketing automation and more

Find creative problem solving fulfilling & challenging

Are self-motivated, always curious, and consistently eager to learn

Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and are comfortable with ambiguity

What onboarding/this job looks like:

First Day: Get to know AGP as a company and work environment and get accounts on all of the platforms we use.

First days: Learn the clients we serve, what we measure and how to measure it.

30 days: Learn and practice using the tools and tactics we use to win visibility, visitors, leads, customers, revenue, audience and promoters for our clients

90 days: Deepen your expertise using the tools, and tactics we use and your understanding of how we choose strategies and learn if they work

180 days and beyond: You’re ready to fly on your own. You still have plenty of support but your independence will be shining.
Skills and Experience:

Motivated by learning how to do new things, solve problems, and make a measurable impact.

A curiosity for technical deep-diving and troubleshooting. We don’t always have the answers right away, so you need to enjoy discovering them!

Solid communication and writing skills. We need to be quick, clear, concise, and friendly.

Time management and organization.There are lots of moving parts and it is important to pay attention to the right ones at the right time.

A desire to learn and grow. Constant change and growth are the only thing you can count on in this industry. This is exciting if you are open to it.

An interest in, or understanding of, basic Internet and information technology. You don’t need to be a master of coding web applications, but the more you understand, the simpler it will be to determine outcomes for our customers. You’ll be using online tools all day long, so familiarity with HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Suite, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, ClickUp, Photoshop, and others would be nice to have, but not necessary. We’ll teach you all you need to know!
